At Bierzo Gourmet, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as comfortable and transparent as possible. Therefore, we have established the following terms for the delivery of our products:

Shipping Scope
We ship to all of Spain (including Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and to selected countries of the European Union. For destinations outside these, please contact us before placing your order.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Delivery Times
Peninsula: The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
Balearic and Canary Islands: The delivery time can be extended between 24 and 72 hours.
International shipments: The delivery time varies according to the destination and will be indicated during the purchase process.
Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand (sales, Christmas campaigns, etc.).
Shipping costs
Peninsula: 9€ (shipments over 150 euros free).
Balearic and Canary Islands: 11€ (free shipping from 150€)
International: Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to destination and are displayed before completing the purchase.
Shipping Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your package.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery will be made to the address indicated during the checkout process.
If the carrier is unable to deliver, they will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery date or location. In the event that delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, the package will be returned to our facilities.

Special or Custom Orders
Custom products may have different delivery times, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
