This wine comes from high altitude vineyards, located at 1,045 meters above sea level, which gives it a distinctive freshness and elegance.

The combination of slate and clay soils, together with the altitude, gives Viariz a unique minerality and complexity.

• Origin: High altitude vineyards in Viariz, Corullón, Bierzo.
• Winemaking: Fermentation of whole clusters in oak vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in French oak barrels.
